Federal court upholds Pentagon's security supply chain risk label on Anthropic

A federal appeals court has upheld the Pentagon's decision to bar Anthropic from military contracts. Defense Secretary Hegseth argues the company's safety restrictions could jeopardize military operations, prompting a security supply chain risk designation.
