Model drop week: Meta's Muse steals the spotlight from OpenAI and Anthropic

TechCrunch reports that after OpenAI and Anthropic talked about "pacing the frontier," both shipped back-to-back: Anthropic released Opus 5.5, and OpenAI followed with GPT-6 updates just 90 minutes later.
But Meta stole the show: its personal AI agent Muse is reportedly outpacing ChatGPT's early numbers and is headed to smart glasses.
