ChatGPT confidently miscounts: calls a 16-character username "exactly 15"

A Reddit user asked ChatGPT (GPT-6 Astra High, thinking 11s) whether his name fits X's 15-character handle limit. ChatGPT said 15 and confirmed "✅ Exactly" — it's actually 16.
