FT: Oracle Must Pay Data Center Investors Even If Sites Never Get Power

Per the Financial Times, Oracle is on the hook to pay its data center investors (notably Blue Owl) even if a site never receives electricity, a contract structure that shifts power outages and construction delays onto Oracle itself.
