Tesla hikes Optimus output tenfold to hundreds per week, mass production before v3 launch

Tesla has increased Optimus production roughly tenfold to several hundred robots a week — at least 1,000 units per month — and this is still trial production, with Optimus v3 not yet released, meaning the humanoid has effectively entered mass production pre-launch. However, problems with the robot's intricate hands, automated equipment and suppliers continue to complicate manufacturing at scale, per The Information.
