SpaceX launched a new website for its AI training clusters in Tennessee/Mississippi with several new details:
- Tesla Megapacks will supply 3.3 GWh to Colossus 2 — enough to power Memphis for two hours and America's largest grid-connected battery installation
- Millions spent on sound walls, silencers, and next-gen quiet turbines
- Over $90 billion invested in the region since 2024, with an estimated $60M+ in tax revenue for 2026 and 7,500 local jobs supported
- A $360M clean water recycling plant (at no cost to the city) processing up to 10M gallons of wastewater daily, offsetting 3.64 billion gallons/year from the Memphis Aquifer
- $35M for a 150 MW substation supporting MLGW, plus $20M in further infrastructure
