Stripe's Link Adds Financial Insights So AI Agents Can Read Your Purchase History

Stripe's payment product Link launched a "financial insights" feature that lets AI agents make recommendations based on a user's recent purchases. It is currently available only in the US.
Steve Kaliski framed it as giving agents "bring-your-own-memory" purchase context: once Link is attached, agents can handle under-specified requests like "order me more cleaning supplies" without extra back-and-forth turns with the consumer.
