Developer LeviTurk open-sourced reshaker, an agent kit that turns Claude Code or Hermes into a full podcast editing studio: feed it a YouTube link and it distills a two-hour interview into the 20-30 minutes that matter, replaces the original hosts with your cloned voice as a virtual AI host, and ships a mastered MP4/MP3, cover art, 5 thumbnails with titles, 3-5 vertical shorts with karaoke captions, and full upload copy.
The repo is structured as a kit: an AGENTS.md teaches the agent to build the whole toolchain, plus skills, hard-won lessons, and A/V sync checks. Built over 11 months, with 40 episodes shipped from 106 hours of source material, running mostly unattended on a single NVIDIA GPU laptop.
