- Muse users already get real tasks done: one recovered $250 in Delta flight-delay compensation within five minutes; the author's own OpenClaw agent books restaurants, files refunds, and complains to hotels over WhatsApp.
- With 95%+ of users already on Facebook, 3M downloads isn't impressive; 500K early users is the real number to watch, alongside DAU and completed tasks.
- Zuckerberg says Meta will take a small transaction fee; Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora, and Expedia are signed up. The interesting partner is Shopify's long tail of niche sellers that Google never reached well. Amazon blocked Muse because its ads made $68B last year — agents don't window-shop — yet Amazon runs its own Buy for Me agent.
