Microsoft unveils unified Copilot app with Home, Code and Autopilot modes via Frontier program

Microsoft has introduced a new unified Copilot app with three modes:
- Home: Chat and Cowork entry points for daily work, including Office Copilot.
- Code: powered by the same underlying tech as GitHub Copilot, plus a new Microsoft Managed Copilot Runtime for code execution.
- Autopilot: a rebrand of Scout Agent, Microsoft's proactive AI assistant.
Microsoft frames it as connecting existing tools with next-gen AI capabilities to build, customize and scale AI across work. It's rolling out now through the Frontier program for early testing.
