Indie dev builds a SaaS framework on Cloudflare's free tier, self-hosted auth included
gregmushen · x · 2026-09-25
gregmushen spent a weekend building a reusable SaaS starter framework for a friend's side project, figuring out how to host everything — including self-hosted auth — entirely on Cloudflare's free tier. He wrote the process down to make it repeatable, aiming to automate the wiring that normally takes founders two years into a single command. His next experiment: can he one- or two-shot a new app on top of it with another two-day AI run?
