Gemini 3.8 Live gets real-time video avatar with 97 languages

Google added a real-time video avatar to Gemini 3.8 Live with lip sync, natural expressions and switching across 97 languages, currently reserved for Gemini Enterprise. Also: Oracle issued a force majeure notice on its Blue Owl-partnered "Project Jupiter" data center in New Mexico — delayed but not abandoned.
