Power user's Claude subscription banned after burning 20x weekly quota daily

Developer @AlchainHust reports his two-year-old Claude account's org subscription was banned, likely after Opus 5.5's release drove daily usage above 50% of a 20x weekly quota, plus using the account to plan post-training for his Huashu-Jev model. The account can still log in and use the API, but the subscription tier is disabled — an odd partial ban.
