NaceAI announced the general availability of Drex, a sub-6B-parameter model built purely for decisions: facts in, a probability for every option out, in one pass with no text to parse. Drex tops the public Decision Index (40 chance-corrected tests covering contracts, causality, tool calls, routing) at 51.73, edging out Jev 1.13.0 (51.67) and leading all 50 entries — every other published-size model in the top ten is 12B-36B. Demos include StarCraft II vs the built-in AI, a supply-chain process, Doom deathmatch, and Lemmings skill assignment. Benchmarks are mixed: 85.1% on GSM8K but only 15.7% on GPQA Diamond, reflecting its decision-only design.
