DeCAF flow-map framework speeds protein-ligand cofolding 5x, earns NeurIPS Spotlight
rishabh16_ · x · 2026-09-25
A new preprint introduces DeCAF, a flow-map framework for fast few-step protein-ligand cofolding: up to 5x faster while preserving sample quality on the SOTA Pearl model, and 20x faster than Boltz 1x. The paper was accepted as a NeurIPS 2026 Spotlight; blog and arXiv are live, code coming soon.
