Altimeter CEO: OpenAI's Navier–Stokes-solving model withheld amid safety and govt scrutiny

Altimeter Capital founder Brad Gerstner says US lab models already undergo extensive safety and regulatory scrutiny before release. He claims OpenAI's model capable of solving Navier–Stokes equations hasn't been made public because it is under review inside OpenAI and possibly by the US government.
