Developer henloitsjoyce built CrowdCut, a live audience-directed choose-your-own-adventure movie platform: viewers comment the next scene they want, the system classifies each comment and injects the most relevant category into the next generation prompt.
The entire app was one-shotted with GPT-6 and Opus 5.5, with videos generated on Hedra using MiniMax H3 Max. The author livestreamed the premiere.
