Wasmer runs a real PostgreSQL 18.4 server on iOS and in the browser via WebAssembly

A day after getting Python, Node.js, and FFmpeg running on iPhone, Wasmer has now run a real PostgreSQL 18.4 server on iOS and in the browser using WebAssembly — no backend, no cloud. The company also launched wasmer.sh, a browser-based terminal preloaded with Bash, Node.js, Python, PHP, and other runtimes.
