Claude Code 2.1.282 drops claude-haiku-4, prompt tokens grow another 21.6%

Claude Code shipped v2.1.282 just one day after 2.1.281. The CLI surface adds two model identifiers, claude-ai: and claude-code-user, removes claude-haiku-4, bringing the model count to 186.
Resource bloat continues: the bundle grew by 368.6 kB (+0.7%), prompt files +3, and prompt tokens +6,946 (+21.6%), with the system share rising from 40.8% to 46.4% while tools share fell. Other additions include a maxProseWidth setting that caps prose width in wide terminals, and startup notices listing ignored telemetry variables in project settings.
