YC-backed Cosmic Robotics is automating construction work still done by hand — a bottleneck for solar farms, data centers, and other critical infrastructure. Its robots have installed 11,000 solar panels and just signed a major contract with the largest US construction company. The long-term vision extends to building on the Moon and Mars.
