AMD and Perplexity team up to bring Perplexity Portable Computer to Ryzen AI Halo

AMD executive Jack Huynh thanked Perplexity and its CEO Arav Srinivas for the partnership, announcing that the Perplexity Portable Computer will run on AMD's Ryzen AI Halo platform. He framed it as reimagining what the PC can be — "the PC is becoming personal" — calling it just the beginning of the collaboration between the chipmaker and the AI search company.
