Sharing skills between Claude Code and Codex? Their disable-invocation flags aren't interchangeable

SeanOliver notes that when sharing skills between Claude Code and Codex, disable-model-invocation: true only works in Claude Code; Codex ignores it and offers the skill in every session. Codex's equivalent is allowimplicitinvocation: false under policy: in agents/openai.yaml next to SKILL.md. Request-only skills require separate configuration on each side.
