Muse pinged when the price fell to $2,900, again at $2,625, and initiated the refund flow — returning $875 for doing nothing. It also helped shift funds from TD Bank to Wealthsimple to save fees and handled an Air Canada delay cancellation: a concrete case of agents proactively managing real financial tasks end to end.
