Dev builds local server monitor that auto-kills stale processes and tracks resource spikes

Designer tomjohndesign got tired of local servers slowing down his laptop, so he built a tool that:
- shows which local servers are running and how long
- monitors resource use and notifies on spikes
- auto-kills old servers
- offers quick launch of local URLs, plus shortcuts to Vercel preview URLs and the Codex/Claude Code sessions that created them
He also shared the underlying file built with @paper for a behind-the-scenes look.
