Multiple "leaks" circulating on X suggest OpenAI will combine ChatGPT chat limits with Codex/Work usage at the next DevDay. Some sources are fairly established accounts, and Tibo mentioned it about a week ago.
The poster uses Chat for research/analysis/prompt creation as a backup when Codex limits run out, and wonders whether overall limits will be raised to compensate. He notes x5-tier limits are already tough and Plus users must struggle more, musing whether Claude might be the better option. Unconfirmed rumor for now.
