The author tested "Chef Poonam," a live AI avatar chef in the VivixLabs Playground, and found it ahead of every live avatar they've tried:
- Asked for a white sauce pasta recipe for kids; when she suggested nutmeg, the author said they didn't have any — she adjusted the advice and kept going
- The key differentiator is real-time multi-turn interruption: you can talk to the character on screen and the conversation changes around it, unlike static cooking videos
- A public link lets anyone try the avatar
