Meta launches Muse Realtime Avatar: SOTA conversational avatar at ~870ms latency

Meta introduces Muse Realtime Avatar, a state-of-the-art realtime avatar model bringing Muse to life at 870ms response latency. Coming soon to Muse and Muse Charm where users can create their own characters. It claims an 88% win rate in end-to-end human evals, driven by a VQ-token architecture running parallel speech and audio2video decoders.
