Marvell and GlobalFoundries sign multi-year deal to expand silicon germanium capacity

Under a multi-year agreement, Marvell (MRVL) and GlobalFoundries (GFS) will expand GFS's silicon germanium capacity to support Marvell's optical connectivity portfolio, targeting demand for high-speed optical interconnect in AI data centers.
