AlphaFold Database expands to 2,800+ virus protein structures for vaccine research

NVIDIA Health, together with EMBL, Google DeepMind, Seoul National University, University of Glasgow, CEPI and other partners, has expanded the AlphaFold Database with open access to AI-predicted protein structures across more than 2,800 viruses, supporting vaccine and treatment research ahead of potential outbreaks. Built with tools including BioNeMo Inference Runtime.
