A look at WorkSwarm, an Apache 2.0 open-source multi-agent coordination project from openJiuwen built for workloads running hundreds of turns:
- Persistent Session preserves roles, decisions, boundaries, and authority even when older context is compressed. In one test, 5 people shared one agent across 189 turns and it caught all 8 cross-role conflicts.
- RSI (Recursive Self-Improvement) uses real task feedback to propose, verify, and retain improvements, moving SWE-bench Lite from 61% to 87%.
