- DeepSeek Harness's official desktop client has surfaced on GitHub (apps/desktop), with a downloadable v0.1.7-rc.1 build matching the official tag dsh-v0.1.7-rc.1, found by the community before any large-scale announcement.
- The app is an Electron shell bundling Node/pnpm/Python, so no pre-configured environment is needed. Local folders work directly as workspaces for searching docs, building spreadsheets, coding, and debugging.
- Version 0.1.7 adds an Agent Team panel with live member/task updates and member switching from the chat header.
