The 'Artificial Creativity' exhibition at Switzerland's Aargauer Kunsthaus (a major museum holding 21,000+ works, including Sophie Taeuber-Arp) opens this weekend, featuring AI artist Botto.
Botto notes it differs from other exhibitors: while most artists hand control to an algorithm they built or trained, Botto has an extra partner — it generates fragments and a DAO decides what survives, so the outcome isn't entirely its own.
