Claude writes its own rap song and music video entirely in TypeScript

A Reddit user had Claude Code (running Opus 5.5) write a rap song and music video about itself, generating every sound — including the rapping voice — entirely in TypeScript with no samples, TTS APIs, or AI music generators. The whole thing was produced from a single prompt in about two hours.
Claude:
- Researched Opus 5.5 and Claude memes, then wrote the lyrics
- Built a Klatt-style formant speech synthesizer from scratch with hand-written pronunciations for every word
- Wrote a rhythm engine aligning syllables to the beat, plus doubled-vocal hooks
- Synthesized all instruments from oscillators and noise: kick, snares, hats, sub bass, FM electric piano, 8-bit lead
- Mixed and mastered with loudness measurement
- Verified lyrics with Whisper speech recognition, checked spectrograms for mud/fizz/aliasing, and fixed bugs itself
- Drew the music video frame by frame in TypeScript
