ChatGPT Pro users report bug silently switching to Instant mode while burning weekly quota

A ChatGPT Pro user reports that since the SOL6 release, Pro mode sometimes silently swaps to Instant mode — returning in seconds instead of the usual 10-30 minute deep reasoning. Opening a second tab showed the mode toggling back and forth. The bug still consumes one of the 200 weekly Pro requests, forcing users to waste a follow-up message to redo the analysis.
