A developer asked ChatGPT how to change scrollbar colors in WinForms — and the model has been generating an infinitely long "Content" panel ever since. By the time of posting, the browser could barely load the conversation, with loading dots still spinning. Screenshots show the generation far exceeding any reasonable length: a classic runaway-generation fail.
