Sell AI workflows to businesses with existing customers: map the task first
JafarNajafov · x · 2026-09-24
Playbook: sell an AI workflow to a business that already has customers—a clinic missing calls, a contractor forgetting quote follow-ups, a small team copying form submissions into three tools. Map the task first: trigger → information needed → action → human approval → record. Build with an automation tool, adding AI only where judgment or text is actually needed. Charge for setup and maintenance; if it fails silently, you don't have a business.
