A prompt that turns discovery-call transcripts into winning proposals

A side-business playbook: sell better proposals to service businesses. Most proposals just repeat what the customer said plus a price. Instead, feed a discovery-call transcript to AI with a prompt asking for the buyer's goals, constraints, unanswered questions, exact wording, then draft scope, milestones, exclusions and a next step, flagging items needing confirmation. A human checks scope and numbers—clarity, not speed, wins signatures.
