French social media is mocking a Sorbonne professor who, on France Info, said he "couldn't imagine an AI generating" the rhetorical pattern "Ce n'est pas X. C'est Y." — a construction that is among the most overused phrases in LLM output.
The reshare quips that it's "cruel for France" that even academics fail to recognize the hallmark stylistic tells of AI-generated text.
