PowerShell GridView rebuilt with AI on Go Wails: live search, sorting, multi-select
dfinke · x · 2026-09-24
16-time Microsoft MVP and ImportExcel author Doug Finke has rebuilt PowerShell's GridView as a modern interactive data module on the open-source Go Wails framework. It adds live type-to-search, column sorting, contains-based multi-criteria filtering, and Ctrl-click multi-select while keeping pipeline pass-through. The build was AI-assisted, and Finke will demo both the UX and the build process live on Meetup.
