Asked to make its fitness app copy weirder and funnier — an "AI coach roasts you into shape" energy — Octo didn't re-ask what app, audience, or format. It rebuilt the tagline and script in the new voice while keeping everything else intact.
The author argues this is the actual gap between a chatbot and something you can build on: it didn't forget the five minutes of context it took to get there.
