Qwen-Image-2.1 ships a 9B prompt rewriter; can ComfyUI use it?

A Reddit user spotted a text encoder file named qwen3.59bqwenimage2.1pei2i.int8convrot.safetensors in the textencoders folder of the Comfy-Org Qwen-Image-2.1 repo on Hugging Face.
They suspect it is the prompt-rewrite finetune from the official Qwen-Image-2.1 GitHub repo's promptrewrite directory, but don't know how to wire it up in ComfyUI for prompt enhancement and are asking for guidance.
