Chuangyebang's "2026 Innovators to Watch" list selected 88 early-stage tech companies (raised ≤100M RMB) from 706 applicants: 52 AI companies (28 of them in embodied AI/robotics), 22 hard-tech, 14 biotech. Average age is 1.6 years; 77 of 88 have raised funding, 97.4% at seed to Pre-A+ stage. Judges interviewed founders 1-on-1, focusing on technical progress, product delivery and customer validation, and noted major tech firms increasingly backing early projects in AI infra, robot data, tactile sensing and dexterous hands.
