Philosopher Seth Lazar complains that since his OpenAI Codex quota reset yesterday, 30% of his usage is already burned despite having "done sod all," tagging Codex lead Alexandre Sottiaux to ask whether his agents are misbehaving in the background. He notes OpenAI keeps touting more efficient new models, but his usage experience suggests otherwise.
