Todd Saunders shares an Instinct use case he's obsessed with: instead of navigating a utility website, finding the form, entering a pole number and submitting a ticket about a broken streetlight, he just texts "Report this light out." The agent finds the website, locates the form, asks for missing details, submits it, and sends confirmation. He argues this is the whole point of agents — we no longer have to operate websites or software. Quoter Vaibhav says he'll test this city by city in India.
