Their take cuts both ways:
- Reassuring read: the newly surfaced incidents all cluster in May-July, when OpenAI's training setup was clearly broken — suggesting the issue may have since been fixed
- Ominous read: by the same reporting lag, whatever similar issues are happening right now — at OpenAI or elsewhere — might not become public until December
