Together AI released tev1-4B-experimental, a Jev-like classifier finetuned on top of Qwen3.5 4B. It's live on Together serverless at $0.042/M input tokens and $0/M output.
Alongside the model, the team published the full data recipe and a tutorial walking through how to train your own version — the entire Tev1 run cost just $17, making this an unusually cheap template for building custom classifiers.
