Brooke Joseph left Waterloo without graduating, joined the 12-person startup Sky as an intern, and six months later OpenAI acquired it. She's now a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI doing full-time post-training research on computer-use agents, teaching models to click, type and operate any software a human can.
