Further answers on the AI retail surveillance demo. Data ownership: the retailer owns the data — collecting it is not part of Auki's business model.
On training: the component recipe used for the demo has been posted publicly; the components carry different licenses and not all are commercially usable. Any real-world deployment would replace them with models trained in-house, on data produced with full consent from participants.
