Commenter: academic denial of AI impact lasts 6-8 months, biology will fall next

Igor Carron argues current skeptical tweets will one day be collector's items. Drawing from communities that already went through AI disruption (Tao, Karpathy), he says denial is the first sign: the most affected communities first scoff, then become the heaviest AI users within roughly 6-8 months. Tao was seen as the Mozart of math, making it shocking; TCS results are already startling. He sees no reason biology won't fall next.
