Simulated fruit fly brain dosed with LSD: T4/T5 activity up 10-20%, spatial detail down 12%

The creator updated their fruit fly connectome simulation with an LSD-like drug and wired simulated eyes into the model, letting the fly walk through a mushroom arena via its ommatidia driving the connectome's visual pathway. The perturbation extends a serotonin receptor map into the optic lobe using published scRNA-seq data (62k visual neurons) with a 5-HT2A/2B-weighted scenario. Results align with literature: identical retinal input yields 10-20% higher T4/T5 activity, +57% L2 variability, and 12% loss of fine spatial detail.
